alexiistherese Preset + Dust Overlay Bundle (Desktop + Mobile)
Thank you so much for your interest in my alexiistherese presets. In this bundle, you’ll be getting 4 Lightroom desktop presets (aloe, cholla, creosote, poppy), 4 Lightroom mobile presets (aloe, cholla, creosote, poppy) and 20 Dust overlays for use in Photoshop (desktop & mobile).
Desktop Presets:
These presets were custom made to be used in Lightroom (requires a paid subscription). The files ending in LRTE are for desktop use. Please understand that depending on the lighting in your photo, you will most likely need to adjust the exposure as well as other settings such as white balance and shadows to get your perfect edit.
The desktop presets are best used on RAW photos taken on a DSLR camera, but you can certainly use them on JPEG photos as well.

Mobile Presets:
The files ending in DNG are for mobile use. These presets were custom made to be used in the FREE Lightroom App. Please understand that depending on the lighting in your photo, you will most likely need to adjust the exposure as well as other settings such as white balance and shadows to get your perfect edit.
To use your mobile presets, please ensure the Lightroom app is downloaded on your mobile device. Download the presets to directly to your phone. If you’d like to download them to your computer, send the DNG files to your phone after downloading. You’ll see the 4 black preset photos in your Camera Roll. Open the Lightroom App on your mobile device. Tap on “Add Photos’ in the lower right corner. Click “From Camera Roll”. Select the the 4 DNG presets from your Camera Roll and click “Add 4 Photos”. To create the presets after importing, click on the first DNG photo. Click on the 3 dot icon in the top right corner, then click “Create Preset”. Name the preset, then click the check mark in the top right corner. Repeat this process on the 3 other DNG presets. To use the presets, import one or more of your own photos to the Lightroom App. After clicking on your photo, find the “Presets” icon by scrolling through the editing options at the bottom of your screen. You’ll see a drop down of your “User Presets”. Click any preset to apply it to your photo. Make additional adjustments such as Exposure and White Balance to get the edit just right!
Dust Overlays:
These overlays were custom made to be used in Photoshop on a desktop computer (requires a paid subscription) OR using the Adobe Photoshop Express Photo Editor app on mobile ($34.99 per year). They can be flipped, zoomed in, cropped and using the eraser tool, you can easily erase dust spots off of your subjects face or body.
To use them on desktop, please download the PNG files to your computer. Then open the photo you are editing in Photoshop. Drag one filter or multiple filters onto the photo you’d like to use them on. They will appear on top of your photo as a black screen with the dust and texture visible. In the layer tab, click on the dust layer, then where the drop down says “Normal”, select “Screen”. Repeat on every dust layer. You should now be able to see your photo with the dust overlay on top!
For use on the Adobe Photoshop Express Photo Editor app, please download the PNG files to your mobile device. Open the Adobe Photoshop Express Photo Editor app & click Mix. Open the photo you'd like to apply the dust overlay to. Then click the "+" sign to add your dust overlay (the files will look like a black screen with white dust/scratches on your phone). Click "Blend" and scroll to choose the option "Screen". The black screen will disappear and you will see your image with the dust overlay on top! You can resize/flip the overlay to fit your image perfectly and use the "Cut Out" option to erase the dust on your subject's face/body.
