FREE Hospital Bag Checklist | What to Pack for Labor & Delivery

I packed WAY too much stuff I didn't use in my hospital bag when I gave birth to my first baby so I wanted to share a list of what I actually used or wish I had brought instead in the hopes that it can help other moms be more prepared for the best day of their life! Pregnancy is stressful enough on your body & brain - packing for the hospital shouldn't add to it!
